Design Review Committee Procedures

The information below is to assist residents with understanding the role and of and procedures followed by the Design Review Committee (DRC). Please also refer to the By-Laws and Covenants document linked below.

Role of the DRC

The DRC is responsible for reviewing, then approving or disapproving any new construction, additions, or exterior remodels (including landscaping) that are different than the originally approved plans. This includes new fences, changing paint colors, adding or reducing trees, and other material changes. Maintenance projects that repair or replace in-kind materials do not require approval. Repainting a home the same colors or replacing roof shingles with the same color shingles do not result in material change and do not require approval.

For additional information, refer to the by-laws and covenants linked at the top of the page.

DRC Procedures

Review requests shall be submitted to the DRC using this LINK. The DRC has 30 days to respond to any requests that are submitted. A response may come in the form of approval, disapproval, or a request for additional information. If no response is received within 30 days, the request shall be considered approved.
