Pond Maintenance (March 2026)

It's time for our spring aquatic weed treatment. Kansas Clear Pond performs this service for us. They apply a granular systemic herbicide called Fluridone which acts as a chlorophyll inhibiter. It prevents plants from undergoing photosynthesis thus ceasing to grow. Once applied it takes about 28 days for full effect. This service costs $2,623 and is repeated as necessary to keep growth under control. Our dues pay for this service.
