Lawn care of common areas including fertilizer, mowing, trimming, edging, and general clean up
Maintenance and repair of common ground irrigation systems
Pond maintenance including water treatment and fountain repair
Landscape maintenance of entrances and berms
General cleanup of commons, including reserve areas as needed​

Property casualty insurance for common grounds
PO rental fees
Postage, envelopes, and other office supplies
Finance software
Website fees
Banking and accounting fees
Room rental fees for association meetings
Utilities
Electricity and water to operate irrigation wells
Electricity to operate pond fountains
Contingency Fund
HOA origination fees are deposited in a contingency fund savings account
Year end balance transfers of remaining funds
Funds to be used for emergency maintenance and repairs and/or capital projects
